Cancellation Policy

 

I understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give as much notice as possible.
 

Cancelling or rescheduling
 

Cancellations or requests to reschedule made with more than 48 hours' notice will not be charged.
 

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments without notice, will normally be charged at the full £70 session fee.

Exceptions may be considered at my discretion in exceptional circumstances.
 

If you are unwell
 

To protect both you and me, please do not attend an in-person session if you have a highly infectious illness, such as flu, a heavy cold or a stomach virus.
